SCHEDULE OF CLASSES
Group class setting with classes six times per weekday. Reservations are required and class size is limited.
Group class setting with classes broken into two age groups – ages 4 to 7 meet on Tuesdays and ages 8-13 meet on Thursdays.
One-on-one setting with training sessions booked directly with the coach.
On Ramp Training classes
Personal Training sessions required to introduce new to CrossFit athletes to movements, Olympic lifting and CrossFit training.
Specialized training classes that focus on Olympic lifting and an addition to traditional CrossFit membership.
Two hours of athlete training included with CrossFit memberships. The athlete choses his/her desired workout.
Personal Nutrition training is set with our Chi-Rho Nutrition Coach directly and is in addition to any CrossFit membership.
Online Personal Training
Personal training between athlete in ANY location and a CrossFit Chi-Rho Trainer who provides all workouts remotely.
